A group of teachers and parents have joined together to synchronize multi-media technology with learning to make education and personal improvement skills easy to accomplish. By combining what children like to do with what parents want them to do; we have created a winning situation for all.

About Kidz Lounge
The Kidz Lounge provides aftercare and late evening entertainment for kids and parents. It offers 3-D interactive games, an ergonomically designed 'quiet lounge' for reading and homework, state-of-the-art computer technology, activities, board games, tournaments, movies and more.

The Zones
The Kidz Lounge is divided into unique zones designed to work alongside the school curriculum. We also offer advanced tutoring for those in need - always keeping fun and entertainment at the core. Parents and kids can customize the experience.
Choose the zone and length of time your child is allowed to participate in each area, based on their developmental skills.
K-Zone:
A café-lounge inspired atmosphere for children and parent to unwind and get comfortable while completing school assignments. Here they can eat a healthy snack in a social atmosphere, or participate in organized events like book clubs, guest and community speakers and exciting workshops,
I-Zone:
This is the zone for intellectual development - where children can sharpen their computer skills. Whether it's international languages, design or other areas of interest, the I-zone puts the software programs at your child's fingertips. Supervised by professional and knowledgeable staff.
D-Zone:
The K-Zone includes:
Wii - a virtual interactive video game that encourages the child to use their mobility and cognitive skills.
Xbox - allows the child to enter into the world of the game arena with super cyber antics.
Playstation 3 - entertainment and high level graphics that open new gateways to the imagination.
Video game consoles are equipped with the latest accessories including Guitar Hero, wireless headsets and more. The multi-media with a movie screen and a theatre for plays and artistic development. Here your child's imagination can run wild. Sign up for theatre classes with local teachers.
Z-Zone:
This area is dedicated to encouraging children to learn different forms of relaxation through yoga, art, reading and story telling in a serene environment.
Ages:
Kids aged 6 - 14 and parents are welcome in the Kidz Lounge.
Hours
Day and Night. We are open into the night. You get to relax while your kids are entertained.
Monday through Thursday : 10 am. to 10 pm.
Friday : 10 am to 12 a.m
Saturday : 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.
For late night hours during weekend - please make reservation
Weekends
During the weekends we encourage children open interaction with their peers in a more social and entertaining atmosphere at the Kidz Lounge.
Fees:
One Time Registration Fee $45.00 - 2 hr minimum
Hourly Rate: $15..00 per hour - 1st child $9.00 per hour - Additional children (must be siblings and registered)
Weekly after-school Rate:
$150.00 - 1st child
$135.00 - 2 additional children
$110.00 - 3 additional children

Welcome to The Kidz Lounge. Our aim is to make you feel as welcome on our website as we do your kids at our Center. There are a few legal issues we need to take care of first, and by so doing, we will ensure you are protected and we are protected - and everyone is happy! By accessing The Kidz Lounge you are agreeing to the following terms, which are designed to make sure that The Kidz Lounge works for everyone. These Terms of Use are effective from March 1st 2008.
Using The Kidz Lounge
Please don't be naughty using this site - don't do ANY of the following:
Knowingly violate any state or federal laws
Be false or misleading with any information you provide
Infringe any third-party right
Distribute any spam or chain letters using this site
Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm The Kidz Lounge or the interests or property of The Kidz Lounge users;
Impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of The Kidz Lounge;
Copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content in any way, shape or form
Gather or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their explicit consent
Bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to The Kidz Lounge.
Abusing The Kidz Lounge
Please email us at info@kidzlounge.com about any problems or offensive content so that together we can keep the site working properly. We may limit or terminate our service, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off The Kidz Lounge if we think that they are creating problems or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. Whatever steps we may or may not decide to take, we do not accept any liability for monitoring The Kidz Lounge or for unauthorized or unlawful content on The Kidz Lounge or use of The Kidz Lounge by users.

Use of The Kidz Lounge at this time is completely free.
Content
By using The Kids Zone, you agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any written or graphical material on The Kidz Lounge, including our copyrights or trademarks. Should you provide us any content, you are granting us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights to that content. If you believe that your rights have been violated, please notify our designated copyright agent at info@kidzlounge.com and we will investigate the matter. We reserve the right to remove content where we have grounds for suspecting the violation of these terms or of any party's rights.
Liability
You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users may do. We cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services. Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted we expressly disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions, express or implied, including those of quality, merchantability, merchantable quality, durability, fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statute. We are not liable for any loss, whether of money (including profit), goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of The Kidz Lounge, even if you advise us or we could reasonably foresee the possibility of any such damage occurring. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so such disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you.

By using The Kidz Lounge, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by The Kidz Lounge, (the "data controller") on servers located in the United States, as further described in our privacy policy. You also agree to receive marketing communications from us unless you specifically tell us that you would prefer not receive such communications.

These terms and the other policies posted on The Kidz Lounge constitute the entire agreement between The Kidz Lounge and you. This agreement is governed by the laws of Nevada, USA. Because we don't enforce any particular provision, we are not waiving our right to do so later. Except for notices relating to illegal or infringing content, your notices to us must be sent by registered mail to The Kidz Lounge. We will send notices to you via the email address you provide. We collect, use, and share personal information to help The Kidz Lounge website ("The Kidz Lounge") work and to keep it safe (details below). Using Information from The Kidz Lounge

Contact customer support to request any personal information we store that is not available on The Kidz Lounge. There may be a charge associated with such requests. We delete personal information when we no longer need it for the purposes we described earlier. We retain personal information as permitted by law to resolve disputes, enforce our policies; and prevent bad guys from coming back.
Security
We use lots of tools (encryption, passwords, physical security) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure, but as you probably know, nothing's perfect, so we make no guarantees.
